Terms of Service

1. Who you're agreeing with

HairStylistAI is operated by Corporate AI Solutions from Australia. Contact: dennis@corporateaisolutions.com.

2. What HairStylistAI does

You upload a selfie. We use an AI image-editing model (currently OpenAI gpt-image-1) to apply a chosen hairstyle to the photo and return an edited image. That edited image is a preview — a suggestion of how a style might look on you. It is not a photograph of the actual outcome of a haircut and should not be treated as one.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use HairStylistAI. By using the service you confirm you are over 18 and that you have the right to upload the selfie you submit. Do not upload photos of other people without their explicit consent. Do not upload photos of minors.

4. Your content, our role

• Your selfie is yours. You retain ownership.
• Your previews are yours. You can download, share, and use the AI-generated previews we return to you, including showing them to a stylist or posting them publicly.
• We need a narrow licence to operate. By uploading a selfie you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process it through our preview pipeline and (if you are signed in) to store it against your account. We do not use your selfie or previews for marketing, model training, or any purpose outside generating previews for you.
• We will not sell or licence your content to anyone. See the Privacy Policy for the full list of processors and what they receive.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use HairStylistAI to:

• Upload a photo of anyone other than yourself without their explicit consent.
• Upload a photo of a minor.
• Generate previews that are abusive, harassing, sexualised, discriminatory, or designed to impersonate or defame another person.
• Attempt to extract, copy, or reverse-engineer the underlying models or APIs we use.
• Use the previews to make any medical, surgical, or cosmetic health claim.

6. Preview accuracy

AI previews are an approximation. The model preserves face identity but the hairstyle, colour, and texture in a preview are best-effort interpretations. Your real outcome with a real stylist will depend on your hair type, density, condition, the skill of the stylist, and many other factors. We do not guarantee that any preview matches what a haircut will look like in real life. Use previews as a starting point for a conversation with your stylist, not as a contract.

7. Free trial, accounts, and paid plans

• Free trial — three previews per day, no account. We may rate-limit or pause the trial if we detect abuse.
• Free account — five previews per day. Looks saved against your account.
• Pro — paid tier, currently in development. When Pro launches, pricing and quotas will be published on the homepage and at /pricing before any charge is made.
• We may add, change, or retire pricing tiers from time to time. Material changes to a tier you are paying for will be notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect.

8. Cancellation and deletion

You can delete any saved selfie or preview at any time. You can close your account at any time by emailing us. Account closure triggers the deletion timeline described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Service availability

HairStylistAI is provided on an “as-is” basis. We aim for high availability, but we don't promise the service will be available without interruption. We may take the service down for maintenance, upgrades, or to respond to abuse. We will not be liable for any loss arising from unavailability or from a preview you didn't like.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to HairStylistAI is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Australian consumer law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will note the version and date at the bottom of this page on every change. Material changes will be notified by email to account holders before they take effect.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Australia.
